Currently, Gaby is the Franchise Owner of ActionCOACH in Lebanon and the founder of Good Session Coaching, an online learning and coaching platform for executives and business professionals where leaders can go through self-paced learning (https://www.goodsession.me) and engage with their coaches. 

Today Gaby is coaching Business Owners, CEOs and other top-level executives across the world.

Gaby has more than 25 years of in-depth experience in executive positions and transforming businesses. Gaby spent with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) more than 12 years were he was the Director in charge of the consulting practice in Beirut. With PwC, he was leading a team of 15 consultants acting across the Middle East and delivering work around strategy formulation and implementation, operational effectiveness, technology effectiveness, human capital and change.

Today he is a certified executive and leadership coach with top coaching firms like Marshall Goldsmith, John Maxwell, and ActionCOACH. Gaby also teaches at the American University of Beirut.

Since 2015 he has coached and trained executives, high potentials and teams globally and across a range of industries. His coaching engagements have among others been with global companies in the financial industry, retail, pharmaceutical industry, services, and technology. He does that using 1-on-1 and group coaching, mentoring, speaking, advisory, and training.

As a coach, he is recognized for his ability to blend the human aspect with his strategic mindset and strong business acumen.

An experienced and highly educated executive coach, Gaby has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The American University of Beirut. He earned top certifications and accreditations from globally recognized coaching organizations, including:
