Who's this program for?

This program is designed for coaches in the making as well as for established coaches looking to make a change in their coaching business and build a profitable practice. This program is also useful for managers and leaders who want to improve their coaching as a skill and tool to empower and grow teams.

What's the time commitment?

The program is more than 18 hours, broken into twelve 90-minute sessions. When you sign up for the program, you'll also gain lifetime access to all the downloadable resources and recorded video trainings. This way, you can revisit the program at your own pace and a your own convenience.

About your Coach

Today Gaby is coaching business owners, CEOs, and top-level Executives across the world. He is recognized for the value he brings, especially for his ability to blend the human aspect with his strategic mindset and strong business acumen. 

By determining ‘where leaders are today’ and ‘where they want to be’, he works closely with leaders and business owners in closing this gap through the formulation of transformation game plans mapped with goals, milestones, and actions. Highly skilled in coaching, asking powerful questions, identifying patterns of behavior, and holding his clients accountable for growth, Gaby offers his clients what most leaders are looking for - a fine balance of support and challenge.

Professional Experience

Gaby has more than 25 years of in-depth experience in executive positions and transforming businesses. Gaby spent with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) more than 12 years where he was the Director in charge of the consulting practice in Beirut. With PwC, he was leading a team of 15 consultants acting across the Middle East and delivering workaround strategy formulation and implementation, operational effectiveness, technology effectiveness, human capital and change, internal audit, and risk management. 

Since 2015 he has coached and trained executives, high potentials, and teams globally and across a range of industries. His coaching engagements have among others been with global companies.
